Quickplay Panel

How do I turn off the clicks my laptop makes, as I push the up/down volume on my HP Laptop?

I have an HP DV-7 laptop. There is a panel on top of the keyboard, which has options like hp "quickPlay" Mute, Volume up-down last song, play/pause, next song, stop, and wireless off and on. The annoying problem is, when you push the volume up/down buttons it clicks, and after your done pushing the button it continue you to clicks. If anyone knows how to delete the process or turn off the feature, that makes the clicking noise, that would be great. I am tech savy so if you know a weird way, I should be able to follow what ever you say. Thank you!!

Open up Control Panel, then go to Sound. When the Sound window opens click on the last tab at the top of that window marked as SOUND, then where the Scroll bar is , scroll down to where it says Window Explorer, then select Complete Navigation, then click that, and at the very bottom of that window, to the far left you will see SOUND:
Click on the Down Arrow and select NONE as the sound you want to hear, then click APPLY. Now you will not hear that annoying clicking sound ever again
