ASUS P5N-T Deluxe? S/PDIF out connector onboard?
While ASUS website doesn't tell anything about the existence of an on-board S/PDIF out connector, in its manual you can see an address to the S/PDIF out header. I checked the mobos photos and I was not able to see the S/PDIF onboard pins. Was wondering if anybody has one and has checked if such connector exists(or better if anybody used that connector to connect a 9800gtx+ to that connector to add S/PDIF signal to its HDMI output! Thanks!
Please forget about the HDMI,apparantly our friend tried to test my understanding of the HDMI. Mates,please focus of the existance of an onboard S/PDIF connector(which normally is a designated male two pin connector!!!:))

the SPDIF is in the HDMI
It can be used through the HDMI audio lines, as the ferdychristant shows .
But this shows the the SPDIF connector as optical or coaxial on the panel.
