Sata Lot
Is it possible to have 500G SATA hard drive for ASUS P4P800 MotherBorad?
I have ASUS P4P800 Deluxe Motherboard and I want to add another 500 G internal hard drive along with my existent 120 G drive... Is it possible to consider (Seagate 500GB 7200rpm SATA 16MB) hard drive? Does my motherboard support 500G? Is it a lot of work to install it or as simple as install DVD drive?
I am not really familiar with hardwares. The only thing I ever did was adding a DVD burner to my computer. Please help with more info when you can.
I don't know how to find out if ASUS P4P800 motherboard support SATA I or II hard drive... that's why I post the question here. Please help! As I mentioned before, I am not familiar with hardware.
Yeah I don't see a problem as long as it's the same version of SATA(I or II) and has a extra SATA connection to plug up in.....
But first check and make sure your motherboard even supports 500GB by going to Asus site and looking for your motherboard manuel...
