What kind of question is this? Of course, that is good enough to run WoW, really I think any computer from the last 10 years could easily run it. Your processor is good although at the moment I would suggest something more like the E8400 as 95% of software on the market still doesnt utilize all four cores, but the Q6600 is still good, I suggest OCing it to around 3.0, although I've heard it can hit 3.6Ghz. Not that you'll need any OCing for WoW.
